Returning an item couldn’t be easier
The purchaser has the right to return the purchase of his or her product without giving any reasons whatsoever within a period of 14 calendar days after delivery.
The purchaser must notify Schmeck Eyewear in writing of the fact that he or she wishes to return from his or her purchase. The RETURN FORM which is to be found on the website, can be used for this purpose. This is stated on the order confirmation. The validity of the return is confirmed to the purchaser as soon as Schmeck Eyewear receives said return.
The purchaser must return the product to Schmeck Eyewear at the following address through Post NL/DHL without delay but, in any event, no later than within 14 calendar days after the day on which he or she notified Schmeck Eyewear of his or her decision to return from the agreement:

Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the purchaser. Only products in their original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories and appurtenances, as well as by the invoice or the proof of purchase shall be taken back.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all SCHMECK EYEWEAR and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. (SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE)
